Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund under the law if the underwear has been worn. 

If the underwear is not the correct size, we are happy to exchange or refund as long as the item is in its original condition, and has not been washed or worn. 

Please contact us within 14 days to organise.  We do not cover the cost of the return postage, but will pay to send the new item to you if you wish to exchange the product.
